1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Holy Stories mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Holy Stories is a subscription-based mobile application that provides daily Bible stories, inspirational quote cards, and related content. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Subscription & Payment

Holy Stories offers a subscription service billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to stories, illustrations, images, designs, quote cards, and text — is owned by Holy Stories or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without written permission.

Bible verses used in the App are sourced from public domain translations or used under applicable license.

5. User-Generated Content

When you share content from the App (such as quote cards or verse images), you may do so on your personal social media accounts. You may not remove or alter the Holy Stories watermark or branding from any shared content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks.
• Reproduce or redistribute App content for commercial purposes.
• Use the App in any way that could harm, disable, or impair its operation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holy Stories and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
